Our body oil is herbal infused just like all our skincare, with herbs picked this season, other by me or from a local farm. I wanted something different, and this one speaks to you, both in scent and feel. Our bodies deserve luxury too! Your skin will smell like beep vanilla, wood, fresh citrus and spice, and has a so subtle shimmer you won’t see until it catches the right light.
PLANT HEROES
Organic non-GMO Sunflower oil - An important raw ingredient, however most organic companies use hybrid-sunflowers that originate almost entirely from two large see corporations. Organic farmers don’t have a choice. Lucky for us, Ten Organic companies operating in the oil and seed industry have teamed up in 2013 to grow organic high oleic sunflower plants. We are excited to use this oil in our formulas!
Gotu Kola - is a plant that supports connective tissue and collagen, by protecting it and encouraging new growth. Our Gotu Kola is so vibrant and fresh, usually coming from Inda, but ours is grown right here on my property in Dartmouth. It is a plant that we truly rely on with any aging formula. I even have added it to our body care!
Violet Leaf - highly demulcent, which means that it contains significant amounts of mucilage that help soothe the skin, reducing inflammation, redness, and cooling irritated tissue. It is also antiseptic, and this combined with its soothing relief, makes it a wonderful infused oil
Red Raspberry Seed Oil - This oil is widely regarded to provide significant protection against both UVA and UVB rays. It is high in essential fatty acids and is a powerful anti-inflammatory as well.
Avocado Oil – This rich deeply absorbent forest green oil has spf properties ranging from 4-15. It is abundant with nutrients and vitamins, and specific to reducing dark spots and discoloration, softening skin, and healing to sun damage and scars.

RITUAL:
Apply evenly and massage into skin. Applying to moist skin after bathing or showering provides the most effective absorption. Shake slightly to stir the mica that will sink to the bottom.
