Gua Sha aims to move energy, known as qi or chi, around the body using a tool, most commonly a stone, to relieve tension, boost circulation and some even tout Gua Sha as the new 'non invasive Botox'!

The state of your emotional health is expressed through patterns of tension in facial muscles and other tissues.
